At Finch and Company we are pleased to be celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2007. Although none of our present staff were here in 1907, we do have years of experience between us in the Wimbledon and Merton Park areas of London.

To mark our anniversary, we’ve recently undergone a complete refurbishment of our offices and are now able to offer an even better service than before.

Keeping customers informed is important to us, as we base our service on our excellent standard of communication. We work in a proactive, not a reactive, manner, keeping all our clients informed of exactly what stage they are up to at all times.

Viewing times are flexible and all viewings are accompanied by one of our fully trained estate agents.

We are Hometracker approved agents and also link in with both Right Move and Find-A-Property, along with many other property websites. Maximising the visibility of a property is one of our main goals.

As members of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Estate Agency Ombudsman Scheme and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, you can be sure everything we do is regulated by the relevant professional bodies.

We are also the only commercial members of the John Innes Society, a huge society and conservation area named after Squire John Innes, who built much of Merton Park.

Our offices are open 8.45-6.30 Monday-Thursday, 8.45-6.00 Fri and 9.00-5.00 on Saturdays.
