Katharine Connolly - Branch Manager

Katharine has had long connections with Wimbledon
with her family having been the founders of
‘Connolly Leather’, responsible for the luxury leather
interiors of many quality cars including Rolls Royce.
She has been working in Estate Agency for over
15 years and sees her future at Finch & Co. Her
interests include watching rugby, playing golf and
appreciating the arts having studied at Mountview
Academy of Theatre Arts.

Jodie 2019

Jodie Chamberlain - Assistant Manager

Jodie has been in the property industry for many years
and through her success has progressed to Assistant
Manager. Jodie believes in offering an honest service to
both buyers & sellers to ensure the process is as smooth
and stress free as possible. Much of her spare time is
taken up renovating her own home which she bought
as a project in 2016. She also enjoys eating out, keeping
active and spending time with friends and family.


Gemma Bedford - Junior Sales Negotiator

Gemma has a strong customer services background
and is now transferring those skills to a career in the
property industry. In her spare time she enjoys
socialising and spending time with her Hungarian
Vizla dog.



Reece W

Reece Garcia - Weekend Negotiator

Reece has strong ties with the Wimbledon area having
lived in Colliers Wood for over two decades, as well
as having studied locally at Rutlish High School. After
completing his degree in Business Management he has
now decided to gain insight into the property industry
and join the Finch sales team. Reece enjoys meeting
new people and takes pride in providing a positive
experience for our clients. His interests outside of work
include DJ’ing and watching football.


Beryl Bowers – Administrator

Beryl has lived in the Merton Park area for over 40
years having bought her first home from Finch &
Co. She has been a member of the team since 1990
and her wealth of local knowledge and excellent
memory lends itself to great communication with
both vendors and purchasers alike many of whom
having been previous clients. Beryl enjoys spending
time with her family and likes watercolour painting,
reading and cooking.

Martin Humphreys

Martin Humphreys – Sales Director

Martin has worked in the local area  since 1986, so it was with great pleasure in 2004 that he began his working association with the Merton Park Estates office and has enjoyed his relationship ever since. He’s known as approachable, hard-working, determined and cheerful, and always listens. He says “we treat people like real people” which makes all the difference.


Tracy B

Tracy Bowler – Lettings Consultant

Tracy has been in the building industry for over 25 years and brings her knowledge to the property market.  Along with this she is studying her ARLA to progress further in her career.  She is the mother of three daughters and spends her time between the gym and socialising with her friends.


Nick Carter - Senior Financial Consultant

Nick has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. He joined the team in 2011. Nick use to be a golf professional before becoming a Financial Consultant. His hobbies include keeping fit and keeping abreast of the market conditions.
